I agree with you Coldworld, a lot of places don't get the last of the loads or a most of the loads until the last 2 - 2/12 hours which puts you up against driver start time.

TSP (2.0) is supposed to roll all that back so drivers can get out of the building earlier, get back earlier, PM trailers leave earlier and then starts over the next day.

I guess we shall see how it works starting today.
It will be ”un-implemented” by Thursday

Drivers are overdispatched so return to the building late, loads end up leaving late, then preloads gets wrapped up late and drivers leave late the next day.

Rinse and repeat.

you can't think of UPS as a centralized entity, you have to imagine it as 1000 different little fiefdoms all competing for their interests and what they care about, many of which are directly in contradiction with eachother
Sounds like UPS isn't very good at getting the "big picture" then?
