Trump is a symptom, not the disease.
Everything about the people I know in person and confirmed by the ardent supporters on here have shown me what the BASE is.
They will still be around, thankfully not the majority. They believe crazy conspiracy theories no matter how much evidence you show them.
They have “whataboutism” to deny anything! If you show them bad behavior, they just claim someone else did something.
The BASE will still be here, he just gave them a voice. Hopefully we don’t have to deal with someone like them in the Whitehouse now and we won’t have to deal with their stupidity as much either.
Even the Republican Party is starting to move on from them now.

He should have never been elected. The man has been a disaster. The man got 4 people killed for no reason. I can't get over it. To know that your lies based on nothing but ego, convinced enough people to be violent and risk their lives and it cost 4 people their lives based on your bs lies. And trump doesn't care that some of those people died for him. He needs to go to jail badly. I have never really wished for a person to go to prison, but this mfer literally is out here getting people killed.

In trump republican voters found someone they can invest every insane thing they believe into reality. Our OMS at my old center used to complain about some of the crazy complaints that she used to have to answer.
I told her we deliver to everyone and at least 5% of those people are b crazy. After all of the social media Trump stuff, I might have to up that to 10%.

Look man, I think it is a clear majority that believe these insane conspiracies based on polling of these issues. A vast majority of republican voters didn't believe President Obama was born in America. The vast majority of republican voters believe the election was stolen from trump. A huge percentage of republicans believe in qanon. trump is the republican party, they love him right now. I don't know what to tell you, but republican voters are full of insane conspiracy based beliefs, there is a reason GOP senators felt they had to pretend that the election was stolen, because that's what republican voters believe.

You keep saying a huge majority. Fringe elements at best. Appears you believe in conspiracy theories about Republicans. But most of us do believe the election was stolen. After watching Democrats try anything to destroy Trump for over four years it's no wonder when weird things happened repeatedly on election night that we feel this way.
