It could but that would mean a court would be brave enough to follow the law instead of playing safe and avoid the issue.
The Senate races were in only so many states. No one is denying the validity of most. One that may come into question is the Michigan race. The Georgia races are in a run off and better believe they'll be scutinized. What's a major concern is in the key battleground states there are a bunch of ballots that only voted for president. And are overwhelmingly for Biden. Statisticians say such occurrences aren't statistically possible. Don't ask me to quote that, heard it on the radio several times. Which of course you'll scoff at. What matters is what evidence is presented to the courts and what they decide.
If they don't then more than an election is lost.
