JUST IN - Poland's president says it's "very likely" missile blast was from the Ukrainian air defense, calling it an "unfortunate accident."

NATO's Secretary General on Wednesday said the blast in Poland was likely caused by a Ukrainian air defense missile but that Russia was "ultimately responsible because it started the war."
