I think the $10+ screamers are definitely a small minority, just loud. I don't know anyone personally who would turn down $6-$8, and I'd venture to say most would take less.

And company came back to Union said give us till July 5th and we will have a contract in hand

Well, I’m doing whatever the international is doing but that doesn’t seem like it would be a great idea if we got everything we asked for on july 30th What will we be striking for? It would be stupid on UPS part, but it wouldn’t shock me.

If I remember right, there’s a few guys on here that are striking if they don’t get $10 an hour and two dollars a year raise. And some other guys on here who already decided they were striking because they don’t like some of diversity stuff.
