The start of the two tier PT wage system was the beginning of the divide and conquer campaign. Further escalated with the 2 then 3 and now 4 year progression. But not to worry you will be making $40/hr at the end of the contract.
Gotta look out for me now. The union had made it very clear a brotherhood no longer exists.

I just can't understand how people like you can be the way they are. People just want a decent future for their families. Why would you take such joy and dedicate so much time to harass people about that?
I take joy in UPS not being ruined and members having another 5 years of security.

At this point we need separate contracts. 50% will never be achieved with part timers under the same contract and we will get shoved down our throats whatever the IBT wants to.
Sure but there still should be a 1 year limit to vote for pters, otherwise anything could get pushed on us as well. We can't expect someone planning to work here for 3 months then leave for school to go and vote for the future of UPS. Those are the ones that dont vote and they shouldnt. UPS is aware of that and playing dumb.
