Sure but there still should be a 1 year limit to vote for pters, otherwise anything could get pushed on us as well. We can't expect someone planning to work here for 3 months then leave for school to go and vote for the future of UPS. Those are the ones that dont vote and they shouldnt. UPS is aware of that and playing dumb.At this point we need separate contracts. 50% will never be achieved with part timers under the same contract and we will get shoved down our throats whatever the IBT wants to.
