On Facebook, I was told he was at the PCM, killed 2 management people and the guy he took work off of last night.
Not everybody that kills people "have a history of mental illness". He snapped and purposefully took it out on the ones that him off.

Prayers to everyone involved in that building.

Probably not. But if the incidents became more prevalent, then yes, it would become a thing.

I honestly think it better to leave it open to let everyone vent in their own way, and with a degree of anonymity that we have on here. The only other outlet would be face to face at work. This is much better and safer

Every last one of us can quit at any time. Some have. No one is serving a 30 yr prison sentence in this job so I don't believe the blame lies totally on the person with the whip when the target can move or leave at any time.
Instead, one deranged person kills parents, brothers, and children.
Get a grip.

If everyone thinks the same you do. Then all of us will no longer have any problems. I think you and I both know, that's not going to be the case. I'm not even sure you'll always think as level headed all the time regardless of incident, as you think you will. If you have kids, and incident involving them might push you off your sense-able stool. Some of us don't see the ease at quitting a job and going and finding a new one. just more variables.
