They flew me out and I stayed on for a couple of more weeks to eliminate a subsidiary we closed down to save cost.

It's getting late and I'm getting tired. Let's say a prayer for everyone involved in today's awful mess. I hope something good comes out of this, but I won't put money on it. Going to a lake and spend sometime in a boat and in the water tomorrow. Gonna be hot I think. Prayer for the families and hoping something good comes out of this. Adios!

Working long hours and keeping a decent pace is one thing.... pulling someone in the office everyday telling them they were sht the day before , drilling them for 20 minutes why they were a minute over here, why they went over their allotted backs by 2.2, why they got back to the building 5 minutes late... it gets real old and then it happens all the time, well...and then the constant stress of them trying to take the good paying job to support your family,....it is taxing, and draining....it's not a case of " suck it up", or "just quit if it's that bad".... the culture here sucks and everybody knows it...I IN NO WAY AGREE WITH WHAT HAPPEN....but there needs to be some huge changes here... employees need to demand it!!!!!

I have great restraint. It's a choice. But chose early because if I see I'm standing too close to the edge of a drop off I move back.
And I also fear going to Hell for doing something like this guy did.
It's typically a permanent solution for a temporary problem.

Ever have that fantasy if life got so bad and you just couldn't take it anymore? Ever wanna see the look in that bosses eye when YOU had all the power? Almost like just wanting to see if that MF had any trace of humanity? I mean, the son of a bitch does have it coming....
If we only know the people at work for 10, 12, 14 hours a day, maybe it's easy to forget that they have life and life's problems outside that putrid culture as well. I certainly don't condone such horrible actions but I think we're fooling ourselves if we say we don't know how it could happen.
