We can't see what's happening to the control group, because we haven't matched them with an experimental group of like demographic and lifestyle.

Ever taken a generic prescription? They are legally protected. Who’s holding a knife? When people make irrational decisions that potentially cause damage to others then yes, coercion is a possibility.

I'm asking you to follow the people who are deciding not to take it, and compare outcomes, adjusting for demographic and lifestyle factors.
