Many of us with 40+ years in don't see it that way.
Many of the drivers don't see the PT workers as underpaid. I guess everyone is selfish in their own way.

I'm sure glad that the people who worked here before me, didn't think they way.
I never said anything about a strikeThere is no good reason to strike this time around. Everyone is getting something out of this contract but if you guys want to be the contrarians that's you're right too.
SelfishVote for what benefits you. Stop with this selling out the future bull...
You are correct in a roundabout way; everyone is getting something, since with one strike-out of language, a whole bunch of non-drivers are going to be targeted for gps or technology related offensesThere is no good reason to strike this time around. You work for UPS and your screen name is wide load. Enough said.View attachment 214134 You mean like this guy?
Thus the reason I took your sister to Planned ParenthoodYou work for UPS and your screen name is wide load. Enough said.
But that's why they structured the contract the way they did. Target certain groups to get the Yes vote because of the pathetic turn out we usually get.
LmaoThus the reason I took your sister to Planned Parenthood
It's worse this timeBeen the plan every contract for decades, that's how the PT disparity happened, they bet on human nature. They rely on the idea of, "works out good for me, I'll vote for it." Theyve studied who turns out and pander to the voters, just a microcosm of national politics.
It's worse this time
BINGO. And I’m stuck in the middle. Sucks BIG time.Screwing over the future to appease young guys who don't know any better, and old guys who don't care because they're on their way out.

Dude you are a part-time stup get real. It must suck spreading Company/sell-out IBT lies. Drink a cold beer while you debate on pulling the trigger. It’ll all be over soon...Just curious why you think there will be a 75% no vote? At my center its 85% yes, and the other 4 centers in the local are also yes.
Honestly every contract I hear management tell the members to vote “yes” and “it’s a good contract”. (I remember arguing to them years ago that the split raises was a bad idea) They always promote a yes and always will. Maybe it’s more this time but regardless it’s irrelevant to me. I rely on my local 100% for good information. There is accountability on your local to give you accurate information or they can be voted out. This is why I have always said a yes or no vote depends on a regional supplemental and riders. The Union is our representative in negotiations not UPS or some guy on the internet. It’s all about accountability!Curious Laguna, how do you feel about the company getting involved in this vote?
Serious question. I'm not trying to start anything.
