The narrative is "the man" is only picking on the driver because of race. Reality is she wasn't even around when the ticket was written. Probably doing a delivery and came out and met the cop. Of course if you frame everything in terms of race, the racist conclusion is the only only you come up with.

Not true. I learned systemic racism was fact back in the 1970's during my Critical Race Theory class.

So, no other UPS driver has ever been ticketed for double parking? Black or otherwise? The answer is happens all the time...

Now, I was taught(trained)....if not parked correctly...6 inches from the curb and all that and are hit....it's YOUR fault. This includes double parking whatever.
