I have never had a ride, but being part of saftey, it's sad to see someone who is being let to work unsafe because he or she is paid under. While others who arent as productive get the audit. With the cost of accidents and injuries projected to go from number 10 on UPS's biggest bills to pay to number 4 in the near future. Time and money could be better spent reducing the cost and injury. The reason for the reverse priorities on managment's part is that the big bosses see the paid over everyday while accidents and injuries are easier to answer for.
