When will 22.4 positions open up

There are bid sheets posted in our building for a bunch of 22.4 jobs in a nearby hub. Interestingly enough, “pure driving” is printed on the bid sheets.

Word on the street is they are actually going to use 22.4s to load package cars to a minor extent here. Supposedly an entire boxline is going to get restructured to this purpose. We never have enough preloaders, 5-car loads incoming?
