When you got that awful day at work, what goes through your mind to make it better?

Dealing with people is the easy part.

Managing the load and time is what drives me nuts. I have a heavy industrial route so I like to clean as much as I can before pick ups.

Nonetheless, once I give up trying, my day becomes easy :D

Music and commentating on retards on the road helps me get in zen
Not caring really does make the package car job better Also a few hot women that smile when they see you doesn't hurt either

I love delivering to some a hole peon in receiving and thinking to myself that I pay more in taxes in a week than he makes in a week Puts a Pep in my step

As a preloader I could sit here and say you drivers and etc don't have tough days but y'all have to deal with PEOPLE through out your day so I know I don't really have it that bad. I've been in customer service for 7 years I know it sucks. When you get that tough day, what gets you through it?

I just think, somewhere someone is having a worse day than I am.

The only awful days I have anymore are when I get assigned a car without satellite radio.

They suck.

I think about the miracle of me surviving cancer over the summer, and writing the hospital a check for $170 on a $40K bill that insurance took care of, and all of a sudden whatever is going wrong at work that day just isnt a big deal anymore.
