I don't think so. It is saying if they wanted to change the workweek schedule of someone that was hired post 2019 from m-friend to tues-sat they can do that but need to give 10 days notice. Changing someone from m-friend to m-sat is a change of workweek schedule, shouldn't they be entitled to the same notice? Let him tell his supe he needs 10 days of notice and see what happens. Nothing to lose. He has no other argument and his supe has no freaking idea what the contract says anyways.Yes, but that pertained to the 42 day window after ratification in the memo, not the contract.
