Let’s call the man a gang rapist and all sorts of horrible things, then attack him a partisan even though we pledged to oppose him before we even heard his side or had the facts.
The guy isn’t even super right wing activist up until now. I hope this makes him super right wing and bitter, ready to launch an attack from the bench on everything they want to do.

I don't think conservatives would smear a liberal nominee the way liberals smeared Kavanaugh. Hasn't happened yet, but the liberals have said horrible things about conservative nominees. So who has weaponized the court?
But this time they will? Oh wait, now that the whole country knows Kavanaugh will tip the court conservative there will be plenty of libs who'll happily lie to the FBI to stop him.
