Hell no. Customers tip. As a driver, I am not a customer.Have your load qualities been good enough that you feel your preloader deserve a little extra for all his hard work?
UPS refers to other employees who depend on your work ethic "in house" customers. I won't be tipping my loader . I might buy him coffee so I can spit in it.Hell no. Customers tip. As a driver, I am not a customer.

Do a good job lol. If we were ripping them for a job well done very few would get a tip.Always do the right thing.... $50 to $100+ if you got the same loader every day.. and if they do a good job.....
My regular loader is at driving school. I usually give him $100 but will prorate that to $75.
His replacement is struggling and this may be a difficult Peak for me.
I think the Helpers should tip us for being 20 minutes late everyday! Yeah, what a headache
I asked him why he can't be bothered to be on time, and he says, "I'm usually late because I have to stop for breakfast and get gas." smh
