Writing a Book and need some help/insight.

There are 100's of quality printers in the midwest that will print up a book for someone. I know people that have done it, most of them ended up giving away most of their books as door prizes. If noone is promoting a book, they do not sell.

If I were to write a book (we have thought about doing a coffee table book on barns), I would start by writing articles and having them published. The beauty part of getting published, is that you will work with an editor. That is HUGE, huge, I tell ya. The editor will also probably know others that can or will help with that type of project.

Back in the day (before UPS), I owned a photo studio. I did covers for 3 books. 2 self-published and one where the authors had written columns for some time and the book was a natural progression.

I shot this cover 15ish years ago

and I still see the book on store shelves and it is still selling.

The other 2 books did not come up with a google search........

I think a good title would be "The Life and Times of the Man With No Middle Name".
