Written up for misloads during probation period

whats ur average pph and did they ever come in and tell u that ur numbers needed to improve?

I haven't been hassled about my pph. I was over 300 for my probation period, but now they have me loading 1 super easy trailer and helping out on the floor. I run the missort cart to the return belt, help others if they get backed up. They rotate me into the hard trailer some days, but i'm sure it'll change when peak season comes.
