Another strange Florida trial which is more common in civil cases but unusual in a criminal trial is if Zimmerman wins then the state has to pay his attorney's fees.

"That is something no prosecutor should be allowed to get away with … to make up a story from whole cloth," Dershowitz told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

acquittal= Feds get involved( Holder will get involved to takes eyes off government) Convicted=appeal=overturned/upheld. Mistrial=retrial. Hung hury=retrial Zimmerman best way out three times hung jury= charges dismissed with prejudice.

Good. The Prosecution had a terrible FACTUAL case, and tried to use emotion to send him to jail, and I'm glad the jury did not buy that.

Justice has been done.
