The parameters are already set, different times for different reasons. I’ll leave the morality of it up to women and their doctors. Their decision not mine.
No the parameters aren't set thats why these things are going to the courts

You do.

What's the difference between the 4 day old you support killing with the morning after pill, and the 40 week old you want to protect?
Ones not actually ripping something out of you and the other is stopping the whole fertilizer the egg process

Neither of those should be regulated by the states, they are both individual freedoms.
Except abortion was never in the Constitution. And the Constitution clearly states that all power not enumerated in it belongs to the States. Roe v. Wade shouldn't have happened. If the Supreme Court sends it back to the States it's correcting a bad decision. It doesn't end abortion but it allows populations on a more local level to decide how to handle it. California will see it differently than Arkansas. The reason liberals want it to be handled nationally is they want total control on the issue. People keep saying only women should have the right to decide but in conservative States there often are very large numbers of women who believe it's wrong to abort. What liberals are saying is only those who agree with them have a right to control the issue. Every citizen has the right to vote and express their belief.

The egg is already fertilized when both regular hormonal contraception and the morning after pill can prevent implantation. It's by design. The new person is made, and they kill him or her.

The word "people" is in the constitution, and you have to have a federal definition of a person.

blah blah blah

sorry, 98.3 not 99

>Actual percentage of U.S. abortions in "hard cases" are estimated as follows: in cases of rape, 0.3%; in cases of incest, 0.03%; in cases of risk to maternal life, 0.1%; in cases of risk to maternal health, 0.8%; and in cases of fetal health issues, 0.5%. About 98.3% of abortions in the United States are elective

The morning after pill isn't giving after 4 days

Will the morning after pill loses its effectiveness after 4 days anyhow, so I dont think it would be that effective in your scenario
