The morning after pill isn't giving after 4 days
Will the morning after pill loses its effectiveness after 4 days anyhow, so I dont think it would be that effective in your scenario
Yes, it can be given up to 3 to 5 days.

It loses effectiveness, of course, because the person already exists and is harder to murder every day.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

sorry, 98.3 not 99

>Actual percentage of U.S. abortions in "hard cases" are estimated as follows: in cases of rape, 0.3%; in cases of incest, 0.03%; in cases of risk to maternal life, 0.1%; in cases of risk to maternal health, 0.8%; and in cases of fetal health issues, 0.5%. About 98.3% of abortions in the United States are elective

Do you need an air compressor or tire gauge
The egg is already fertilized when both regular hormonal contraception and the morning after pill can prevent implantation. It's by design. The new person is made, and they kill him or her.
And your definition is wrong about what it does
Plan B One-Step is a type of morning-after pill that can be used after unprotected sex to prevent pregnancy. Plan B One-Step contains the hormone levonorgestrel — a progestin — which can prevent ovulation, block fertilization or keep a fertilized egg from implanting in the uterus.Jun 19, 2020

Both can prevent implantation. You just said so. That's part of the intended mechanism for both.

You csnt use the morning after pill after the eggs been fertilized
Yes, you can, because it can prevent implantation. The egg is only capable of being fertilized for about 24 hours.
Preventing the implantation of a fertilized egg is literally listed in your own source.

The word "people" is in the constitution, and you have to have a federal definition of a person.
If you're going to be a strict constitutionalist then at the time it was written "people" would be a white male. Healthcare has always been the providence of the states. I would love to see a national law banning abortion except for some rare instances. But kicking it back to the states is about as good as we can hope for.

There was no time when 'people' meant white male.

It's literally in every biology textbook everywhere, and listed in your own source you cited.
Fertilization is within the first day.
Implantation can take a week or more.
The morning after pill and hormonal birth control can stop that process on the fertilized egg.

This isn't hard.
