Personally I have not yet but a few of my union co-workers have. From what I understand they won’t collect the 200 bucks until after December and if there referrals stay.

Lucky they don’t docket 200 dollars out of your paycheck , make you work barefooted and give you a turkey egg to hatch on your own spare time.

Every year they pull the same crap with having us find helpers for peak. One of my coworkers referred 8 people and they claimed to give a 1000 for each one. They worked all the days and he got nothing. I wouldn't waste a second or a friendship trying to find help for peak to a company that doesn't give a about anyone.
