Who did you think I was talking about loosing their jobs? Not membership. I was talking about officers in the local not standing up to IBT.

Oh, and I have news for you. Outside of your little bubble, UPS employees are not the majority in most Locals. As a matter of fact, UPS employees are actually despised by local leadership as stuck up, crap don't stink entitled members. Just ask @BigUnionGuy.

The local leadership could care less what UPS employees think.

I think you're confused.

Yeah, I don’t know what I was saying there I see what you’re saying my point is exactly what I have told you from the beginning locals stood up to the IBT and they did the right thing. Good for them. Chances of them getting voted back in are high. You said some locals didn’t want to deal with IBT and UPS. Others did. That’s what we need.

What is your point? Dude I’m talking about one thing six punch and staffing and loosing accounts. So what they don’t like us. They took vows do they have any integrity to honor them? If not get out!

What don't you understand.

I'm typing this very slowly so that maybe you can follow along.

The local officials are not going to go against the IBT for the minority of the non-voting membership of the local. Namely, UPS employees.

Remember, I am typing slowly so you can follow along.

If the IBT didn't say anything, fine. But the IBT has told the locals they cannot tell UPS employees not to come in. So, the local officials have an out. They are not going to go against the IBT, and can blame the IBT for not enforcing the 6th punch. They will not get voted out because UPS employees are the non-voting minority of the locals. The leadership is doing their fiduciary duty by obeying the IBT.

The locals that have made a stand are the locals that have UPS employees as a majority of their membership. If they go against the membership, they may be voted out. So they will risk the ire of the IBT to stay in office. The other locals won't.

Understand? It's not that complicated.

What’s complicated is when you are pressed you add details that are left out in previous postings that give a better understanding of the situation. I have told you numerous times my problem with your posts from the beginning is your specific justification for forcing these guys in. It’s the begging the question fallacy! If we don’t force we want get everything delivered and lose these accounts! That conclusion is not supported by your premise! Numerous people have told you there are other ways. I’m not interested in all these other arguments you are making!

Wrong. The work pool has been exhausted. There are many areas where they could not hire any more bodies, no matter how hard they tried.
Market rate adjustment. The work pool a the current pay rate may be exhausted not with a proper adjustment. Also my suspicion is they thought peak would be lite and don’t worry about it as much as they should have.

Good thing I wore my brown pants
Iwould simply ask for the full attendence policy, in writing, so i could fullfill my duties obligations, and responsibilities, according to the contract.

I had 5 hours left. They made me jump for another driver on my own route who only had 7 hours.

The load was the worst I've ever seen. Half Saturday ish /half Monday ish. Saturday pvd work AND Monday pvd work. Must have been over 500 pieces in size 1000 truck. Pvd dropped route halfway through.

Good times. Me and the driver were big chillin. Had a nice lunch at Guapo's Brought back 61 stops. Went out with 115
