That's where I am today myself. This is peak #30 for me. Now forced to work 6 days/70 hours. As a result, my work pace is now at about 50%. Bottom line, I'm done.

Because I don't have my 30 in yet. Two of those peak seasons were as a seasonal driver. Going to car wash next year to wait-out my retirement at 62.

a little off subject, but I don't see people driving for 30 years in the future
too much pressure with all the service enhancements, ever increasing workload, miserable work environment,
long hours...

Maple Grove is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been, and I traveled all of W Central MN to the cities to CAN and back. MG is the furthest SE I had ever gone. Absolutely loved it there.

And what did UPS say about that? Not that we wish we didn't have to work people so long or we could not get enough qualified people or there is just WAY more volume than expected. Nope, none of these statement but this award winning statement.
