Here's the difference as I see it.

The other building is being managed better than yours, as that scenario is likely cheaper by virtue of elimating a PT air driver from top scale pay and having them work at their inside rate.

The part you aren't going to like (again); is that it isn't a violation of the contract to mismanage the operation.

....but maybe you could point that out to them?
The level of mismanagement right now is mind-boggling, but it is their company to mismanage.

It just blows my mind that 2 buildings an hour and a half away from each other in the same local are doing the complete opposite of each other specifically when it comes to air

Pt air drivers throughout my state except my building are laid off on preload or just not touching air & the full time 22.3’s are all going out in those buildings
