You know the practice is against the contract and contradictory to the language, but justify your work because you're just doing what you were told to do. Even though you know it's wrong, you stand by it with this crutch. It's now evident that this is simply an integrity issue, and nothing said here can help you with that. Sad that you're so proud of your veteran status while devoid of integrity.

He got his everyone else be damned, also helped the company limit the amount of people they hired full-time. I think we in the union have a name for people like that.
