Are there any FT loader positions?

Some 22.3 jobs are load on one sort and unload on another sort so yes. We have had people with less then a year win a 22.3 job because nobody else wanted it.
I'll have to look into that. Is 22.3 like a classification I can look up in the union agreement or something? Still trying to figure this stuff out.

Its a thing but ive only seen it before at ctrs with like 5 employees or like 3 hubs

No haha, but I want FT work and I don't really want to drive. Sounds like I need to learn more about split/combo shifts.
I gather it must have been hard for you. From what I understand, I just have to show up for 20 or 30 more days. No one has told me why that would be difficult.
