Some 22.3 jobs are load on one sort and unload on another sort so yes. We have had people with less then a year win a 22.3 job because nobody else wanted it.Or should I pursue being a driver if I want FT work year round? The list to be a driver is short at my hub, but I'm not wild about it.
I'll have to look into that. Is 22.3 like a classification I can look up in the union agreement or something? Still trying to figure this stuff out. Some 22.3 jobs are load on one sort and unload on another sort so yes. We have had people with less then a year win a 22.3 job because nobody else wanted it.

No haha, but I want FT work and I don't really want to drive. Sounds like I need to learn more about split/combo shifts. Are you sure you want to load for 8+ hours?
Sounds like you need to make seniority firstNo haha, but I want FT work and I don't really want to drive. Sounds like I need to learn more about split/combo shifts.
I gather it must have been hard for you. From what I understand, I just have to show up for 20 or 30 more days. No one has told me why that would be difficult.Sounds like you need to make seniority first
Dear Lord
You aren't even a seniority employee here yet but yet you want to question the rest of usI gather it must have been hard for you. From what I understand, I just have to show up for 20 or 30 more days. No one has told me why that would be difficult.
