This has happened to me before several times. Its when you send in a misload, and wait hours to hear back from the center. Eventually i will just build manifest on my own, but if they send you back the misload after you have already built manifest, it shows up like you described.

I had this happen last Thursday after my board died, and I restarted it took about seven restarts before I was able to sign back in, and no one knew what to do lol, I guess I could only be a helper.

This is an easy fix. Just hit the three buttons at the top right of screen and hit “reload launcher”.

That’s exactly right I had about a half hour to get about 15 packages delivered before I needed to go on the other side of my route and of course I wasted 20 minutes dealing with that piece of crap lol almost like it knew

I've tried to answer some theoretical DIAD questions but the truth is the DIAD isn't a very IE thing

This new diad is just an off-the-shelf system with software pretty much everyone uses. It is not proprietary like our old diads used to be. FedEx uses a similar device probably made by Honeywell as well.

That is why they suck because it is made to work with multiple systems. The company felt the cost benefit was worth the hassle for us.

This is what you get when you’re giant corporation now. Anything to save a buck.

I’ve tried to play with it and it seems that even when you shut off the smart part, it decides your house does not need to be as warm or as cold as you would like it and randomly switches back to numbers that “it feels” are smarter for you.

This problem has gotten worse since Google bought them out.

you have to dig a little bit and make sure the learning is off, "renew" which is their stupid eco-idiot "clean energy" crap, and also the schedules are totally clear, then it won't do anything but what you tell it

I read a lot and the basic gist is HVAC machinery wants to constantly run, the idea of turning off for hours then running hard back up to a temp may save some energy but it wears out your HVAC much faster and makes breakdowns/service calls more likely

tl;dr, learning thermostats are stupid and bad for machinery
