im not saying that.

by the way workers work, and put up risk too aside from investments. im in favor of worker investments.

conversely i would ask why should employers take away the profits of workers labour? owning your biz and exploiting ur workers are 2 separate things. i dont think this idea will stand up to the test of time. it reminds me of how america treated women and blacks hundreds of years ago.
