I got the two shots and caught the virus recently. I could still be a potential carrier even with the vaccines and immunity...
We are seeing a lot of COVID leave in our building particularly with the management folk. We are in the second wave of this virus and it will peak out in December and January.
Expect some major understaffing in every operation, our drivers will be vulnerable because their immune systems will be taxed because of the added stress of working a 55 to 70 hour week schedule, it will take it’s toll on the veteran drivers.
Heard that in one of our package centers we had an on call trying to man an additional 89 package car positions for peak, and they haven’t even started... he is the only one running the center, the other on car is out on COVID and his manager is off doing something...He is ready to bail...
