Can UPS City drivers move to a UPS Feeder driver position??

It's part of gaining seniority in feeders that if you don't go at least 1 pant size bigger in the first year you're out.

It is not. Freight transfers are allowed, though it is rare.

I was a pt hub supervisor, became a ft operations supervisor at ups freight and last year transferred back as an on road supervisor. It's extremely rare.
