if blacks have to sell drugs to get by, and do other crimes to survive, then it makes sense that they would do it during a hurricane.

statistically blacks and spanish have basically no wealth. whites have 10x the amount of wealth that blacks do. im not sure if this is an average or a median measurement.

It is your definition of a better world, there is an opposing view to your's, hence the clash of ideas. The view that opposes your's does not try to change by tearing down institutions and redefining acceptable human behavior and morals.

you may be part of the minority who thinks america is headed in the right direction, the less than 10% who approves of congress.

unless you think everything is going perfectly, theres no excuse not be a good citizen and fight for political / economic change that you believe in.
