You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
$36.19 at 3 percent per year is $41.95 after 5 years.

Over $1.15 raise per year.
----------------------------------------------
$36.19 at 10 percent is $58.28 after 5 years

$4.42 per year average raise.
----------------------------------------
1.2 percent yealds $38.41over 5 years.
-----------------------------------------
Inflation is predicted to grow at 3 percent
$1.15 per year not split.
First raise August 2018, and each year after.
Anything less is a pay cut
I'm cool with $1 per year but yeah they made 6 billion last year. I'm not setting for less than $1 per year.

Yep, people only vote for their own interests. Full time drivers will base their votes on driving issues, combo workers will base their vote on combo issues. Central states will base their vote on pension stuff.
And a bear poops in the woods.

News Flash. Taking inflation into account. I'm not sure how long it's been that we've actually received a raise. It's been a Loooooong time!

PLEASE, EVERYONE THINK ABOUT THIS ABSOLUTELY TRUE STATEMENT!

Every PT Union and PT Supervisor job could be done by a monkey.
Loading and unloading boxes to and from trailers and Package cars designed to hold them isn't hard.

Disagree! You pay peanuts and work'em like dogs (monkeys) and you end up with damages through the roof and then the Drivers spend 50% their day in the back of the truck hunting and pecking for the next box!

I see you've been drinking (or serving) the company Kool Aid. That sir, is a bunch of BS. I think you and I can agree, UPS could pay a monkey a lot less than they pay us? Even worse benefits too! So why then, do you think UPS chooses to pay us a lot more, than they would have to pay a monkey?? I guess it's because UPS loves us and cares about us!! Yeah, that's it!!

AND you guys get free health care?! Eff you Canada!

Not necessarily free:

Health Care Funding. Health care in Canada is funded at both the provincial and federal levels. The financing of health care is provided via taxation both from personal and corporate income taxes. Additional funds from other financial sources like sales tax and lottery proceeds are also used by some provinces.
