Said he could do everything a cardiologist could do. The result? My dad's blood pressure went crazy, his heart was stopping and starting, ended up in a hospital where he got a pacemaker. He sees his cardiologist now. The GP's are being pushed by the insurance companies to handle as much as possible themselves. This allows them and the GP's to make more money. Cardiologist told my dad he's lost a third of his practice because of this.It’s sad. Going to the doctor now it’s like going to the car dealer.
