Coronavirus

Right off the bat he shows data about masks filtering bacteria, and glosses over that fact by saying viruses. Viruses are so small that a mask capable of filtering them are too difficult to breathe through. Plus, masks increase the risk of infection to the wearer, so they are worse than nothing for the general public. Healthcare workers using masks are another issue, and I don't want to get into that right now.
i dont recall greger saying anything about masks increasing risk to the wearer, they reduce risk if everyone uses them correctly.

heres another video. hes pro mask in this one as well. video is from 1 month ago that im watching and he says 500,000 dead americans by the time this is over

He didn't say it. The CDC, WHO, and many studies have all said it. Which begs the question, why did he ignore that fact?

I wonder how "flatten the curve" would go over with a rapidly spreading venereal disease.
Stay home and isolate, you're protecting society from you.
How to spot a possible spreader public service announcements?

why would they recommend wearing it? you wearing a mask protects me from you. everyone wearing one gets rid of the stigma.

I've been over this so many times, even in this thread. Not going to rehash it again. "My mask protects you, your mask protects me" is made up, feel good, bull that is derived from multiple misunderstandings of how masks work, the lack of the general public's (and some supposed "experts") knowledge of the differences between viruses and bacteria, and the neurotic need for authority figures to appear to be doing something.

Australians probably get a lot sun exposure than Swedes. You can point to Sweden and say their method didn't work, but you would have to ignore the countries that did worse and did do lock downs and mask requirements. I think we'll find that there are other factors at play, one of which may be the population size of elderly people in the areas.

Another issue is that places like France and Spain, and a couple other European countries, have been having pretty big spikes over the last two weeks, with cases in that period almost eclipsing all of Sweden's cases to date.

Where is the outrage about this mass gathering amid this devastating pandemic?

Do you not know the Corona virus only affects white people in large crowds or people at the bar after 10:00 p.m.?
