Yeah something about their immune system always fighting off colds and germs. I want to know the statistics of who died what racial makeup is dying at a higher or lower rate.

So if USA has 325 million and it kills 5% that's about 16 million. Not to mention all the others that will die because hospitals will be overcome with dead people and running low on supplies,medicine, beds,staff, money.

Hopefully it doesn’t get that far.

There are only 65K ICU beds in the US, mostly centered around big cities.

We’re simply not prepared for this situation to go south.

(sorry Southerners, it’s just an expression!)

Like I said, at the very least, this will show us our weaknesses in terms of ‘crazy virus’ disaster prep.

Yeah and a free country needs to be able to produce our own medicine and supplies and food. So if I live through this then I'm guessing houses will be super cheap and I can upgrade and have more kids..

Not nearly enough ventilators either. If a lotta people die because they couldn't get access to one there might be a real re-evaluation of our medical system.

It's bad or very here IL have 24 years in may and I'm still low man. I work with guys that started when I was born. Maybe this will make old timers finally retire.
