Do you understand what you posted???? It confirms common knowledge that only the new variants (in general) are being found in people with vaccinations designed for the original variants. That means the vaccines are excellent against the original strain, and because people with vaccines aren't dying from the new variants, the vaccines are still a pretty effective way to avoid dying from covid.

Better health care means better access to contraceptives, in case you didn't understand. For women in poor areas, having only a couple children instead of 5-6-12- or more children means those two children will be better fed, more likely to be able to attend school, and get better health care.
