Is there actually something in the contract saying we can't be forced in on a Saturday or is that just what people say?

Good question. Could we all just not come in? Not that I'd want to, I actually think it helps in getting ahead of the volume for the next week.

Well guys have always told me they can't force us to come in on the weekends but I never knew if there was anything backing that up or just talk...I know I can call in but I want a solid reason to say no

"If put to work on a Saturday employees will be paid time and a half" is all that is said.
