It was determined by law that election monitors would be able to stand within 6' in order to observe the count. They were forced away from that and even after a judged issued an order requiring the law to be followed the Sheriff of Philadelphia County refused to enforce it. Gee, can't imagine why anyone would think there's something fishy going on.

That is incorrect. Since these ballots are called into question, they haven't even been counted since that count could get thrown out. These questioned ballots aren't even needed for the Biden win.

Because I live here and the local officials have said so, pending the law suit challenging these ballots. To include them would create an impossible task, like trying to remove a drop of water from a swimming pool.
