Obama’s return to power called beneficial to Canada

WATERLOO — America’s Democrats shouldn’t be the only ones celebrating Barack Obama’s return to the White House, say two Waterloo Region-based experts on foreign policy.

Canadians should be cheering too, they say, since Obama is better for our economy and global relations.

When he said it on TV, I wrote down the 3 states on a sticky note. I write everything on sticky notes so I won't forget. Perhaps he mis-spoke.............

or perhaps you dont know what youre talking about. NO ONE in their right mind in the democratic arena would EVER believe that they could take Arizona. You are simply mistaken.

Axelrod: I'll shave my mustache if Obama loses Minnesota - The Hill's Video

whatever source you heard it from either mis informed you, or made it up, or your just trying to say something silly.

It IS in the realm of possibiity that when I heard this broadcast that Axelrod said the wrong state.....he had been spouting states names for months.
Even the pres. said we had 57 states.

I just wrote down what he said.

Either way, now he says the stache is being shaved off for charity.........you can check that fact yourself !

NewsBusters.org "exposing&combating liberal media bias"

I don't know which is worse, people who publish stuff like this or people who believe it.

Do you really think if something like this happened FauxNews, (the ones that call themselve "fair and unbiased" like 'honest John's Used car sales), wouldn't be all over this?

Try the Philadelphia Inquirers website and try searching for it, nothing seems to come up.

I don't care about it......I just thought it was statistically impossible but a whole slew of sites were carrying the story.

If I read "Lincoln was shot by Booth" am I not suppose to take it as true?

The only thing you should take, is that ROMNEY got worked in those counties. Just like in my town, Romney got close to ZERO, but still, there were some dumb enough to vote for him.

Apparently this isn't the first time this has happened, from the cbs news site:

Obama's dominance was mostly confined to largely African-American areas of West and North Philadelphia. In the third division of Philadelphia's 28th Ward, for example, 94 percent of the residents are black, and the 2010 census recorded only seven white residents. Voter registration lists showed only 12 registered Republicans in the division, none of whom voted for Romney or responded to the Inquirer's requests for comment.

Perhaps the GOP should have seen it coming - recall the frosty reception Romney received at a West Philadelphia charter school in May.

And the outcome is not at all out of step with recent history - in 2008, 57 divisions in Philadelphia returned zero votes for then-GOP nominee, Arizona Sen. John McCain. And in 2004, a more Republican-friendly election year, five Philadelphia divisions shut out former President George W. Bush entirely.

So, clue him in that he won and there is no campaign !!! Now hecan try to "smile" his way through 4 more years!!

Nope. Campaigning for his agenda is part of it. He made the mistake before when he didn't fully engage on healthcare and the republicans burned him with "death panels" and "socialism". Not this time. He may not have a mandate yet, but that's no reason to stop looking for one.
