If you’re expecting the oligarch Supreme Court to protect you from government overreach when they have been the definition of overreach for about 50 years well I’m sorry but you’re gonna be disappointed. The very fact that such an unconstitutional action is even being considered should tell you how far gone they are. Big pharma has the money to buy them off and I’d be surprised if that’s not already been taken care of

The other thing is that in roe v wade the supco decided that basically a woman has a right to kill her unborn baby because it’s a right to medical privacy. And now they’re gonna go the other way and say the government by proxy can force you to take an injection and you don’t have a right to your body/privacy in that case? Would be peak clown world

The constitution also guarantees our right to be secure in our persons. Meaning the states also have no authority to force medical interventions. It's not that difficult. SCOTUS dropped the ball in not clarifying that in Jacobson.
