The fallacy in @jimdandy3 circular logic, is if an adolescent can decide their gender and surgical procedures without parental involvement, shouldn’t they also be allowed to eat whatever they want without a pesky guardian interfering? Therefore, there can be no such thing as bad parenting because there shouldn’t be parent control or authority over adolescence.
