Understood. I got Union due and 401. And another question I didn't sign up for anything to with 401k yet. And starting two weeks ago they are deducting from me check for my 401k have you heard of this ??Notice I said take home pay. That is after all deductions, including 401k and UW.
Damn he might as well get out of here we know who you are now lolLol he works in my building....now you see what they hire lately around here.
Ones he starts loading more than one truck he might be fine in two weeksWell his first name is Brian and I know which center he works in based on his paystub....it wouldn't be too difficult to find him. But no, he's new, and I have no reason to learn new hires' names and faces.

Is driving for three years considered a new hire ?? And this just startedYup. It is automatic for all new hires to be enrolled with a 3% contribution rate.
You can change this, if you want, at:
www.retirement.prudential.com
Kid...you work in my building. Talk to your sup and ask them to check the offices for your check. If they don't help you....go see HR.Thank you . I will talk with my supervisor tomorrow about my pay check. And do I get paid thus week for last week's work I did?

I'll talk to someone tomorrow. Cause yes two paycheck ago they started taking it out.Yes.
It shouldn't have "just started".

Really hate when I agree with youTake care of it yourself right now.
Go to their website (www.retirement.prudential.com) and change the contribution rate to 0; however, if they are taking out 3% now and it really hasn't affected your take home pay, why not keep it, or even increase it to 5%?
You may also want to see if they signed you up for the traditional or Roth 401k. The former is before tax while the latter is after tax.
No cursing in the yard rookie...If I'm talking in the yard after work with coworkers. Is it possible if someone went and told management I was using "bad language". Is it possible I could get into any trouble ?? Don't understand why he would tell anyway since we are men talking amongst other men.
If you were let go now....chances are they might take you back at peak and let you go again in January. I suggest you look for work elsewhere if you need a permanent job.Didn't make the cut let go a late a few mins a couple days. Along with being slow I loaded four trucks. Said I could get rehired during Peak Season. Did any of you not make your 30 days and reapplied, then became a regular employee.
Fasho will keep that in mind about being on time part.If you were let go now....chances are they might take you back at peak and let you go again in January. I suggest you look for work elsewhere if you need a permanent job.
And a nickel's worth of advice for any job you have in the future.....be on time, especially when you're new.
