It's the union. The reason for our great pay and benefits is the union. It's certainly not because of UPS.

Compare FedEx's benefits with ours, and you will see what the union has done for us. Same industry, and a direct competitor. Can't get more of a direct correlation than that.

It's hard to compare a unionized company to a non-unionized company...considering they can't unionize due to the RLA.
That being said, I would imagine they have better production than ours.

Some ground contractors are paid very well, enough to buy their own benefits.
