I believe the additional coverage that we have is less than 1% of our income. It's no brainer, IMO.

I haven’t researched it.. but short term disability runs around 600 a week, before taxes, etc... expect to clear 350 or 400.

Better have some savings...

He was hurt off the job. Is he looking to sue himself? His homeowners may have some protection, but a lawyer is not warranted in this case. IMO
