So at what point is it no longer worth it to them to pay 9.5 grievances and hire new friend/t help?

It will always be cheaper for UPS to pay the grievances than to put another driver on road.

I would think that would depend on how many drivers are filing in different areas. Triple time isnt very profitable if 10 drivers are filing and there routes are side by side.
