Truth is, you could use "facts" to prove anything that is even remotely true.
I'm going to assume we both agree there isn't some genetic disposition to crime. So what other factors might we consider that are more important? Perhaps we should take race out of the equation and consider the effect poverty has on crime rates, and if we must consider race, which races are disproportionately afflicted with poverty and why. That is of course a conversation that has no end though.
