A friend of mine who lives in a condo community....lots and lots of condos...... got a security door because the fun thing for punks in the area to do is to kick down (cop-style) the doors and grab and run. This is in a gorgeous area of Summerlin NV.
So, invasions are quite common for the druggies to do........not as rare a you might think.
