I'm not aware of Georgia requiring any such permit and I buy a new gun/pistol almost every year.Bevin signed Senate Bill 150 into law, making Kentucky the 16th state to eliminate any requirement that law-abiding citizens get government documentation before exercising their right to bear arms for self-defense.
The other 15 states that have eliminated their permit requirement are Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Vermont.

Conceal carry ... Yes Georgia has those and I have one.No permit for carry.
I believe " constitutional carry " should be legal in all states.Conceal carry ... Yes Georgia has those and I have one.
One does not have to have a conceal carry license to exercise their right to bear arms for self-defense.

Regulated meant something different in the 1700's when the Constitution was written. It meant trained and in good working order then. Not about laws controlling it.Not disagreeing with fundamental principle but right to keep and bear arms has been equated with keep being possession and bear being carry in regulatory environment, which is where I'm sure Baba got the term from.
Professional soldiers were known as regulars too. Volunteers were irregulars.Regulated meant something different in the 1700's when the Constitution was written. It meant trained and in good working order then. Not about laws controlling it.

Another mass shooting.
I wonder how many new laws will be created for something that did not even happen in this hemisphere ?
Its Trump's fault.
They are already calling the shooter a right wing extremist. Which does not follow from what his manifesto said.
No. Its more like ISIS. And he loves socialists and hates conservatives.Lulz, his manifesto is almost a cartoon caricature of ‘right wing’, sad.
